We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If you are not, here is exactly what you can do.

You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or a replacement.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and tell us what you would like to send back and why. We will confirm the return and tell you how to send it.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept items that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

That does not affect your rights if something is wrong with the product: if an item arrives damaged, faulty, past its date, or is not what you ordered, we will replace or refund it whether it has been opened or not.

Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charge, and we will not ask you to pay to send it back.

Once we receive the returned item and check it, we issue the refund within 2 working days.

Refunds go back the way you paid. Card, UPI and net-banking refunds usually appear within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. For a cash-on-delivery order we will ask for bank details to transfer the refund to.

We refund what you paid for the item. The original delivery charge is refunded too where the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched — just contact us. If it has already been dispatched, wait for it to arrive and start a return instead.
